Chef Erika Thomas has a passion for food. After graduating from Johnson and Wales, Erika spent some time with Fergus Henderson at the renowned St John Restaurant in London, England learning the finer points of “nose to tail” cooking. A short stint in Orlando, Florida brought Erika back home to Pensacola. Portabello Market was established in 2000 and has transformed throughout the years. We currently have a grab and go Portabello Cafe in the Maritime building and provide fresh creative ideas for your next event.
